We Love Our Clients

  • "Leah, Jill, and their team are absolutely phenomenal! They were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and engaged throughout the home buying process. They were able to recommend excellent lending options, great folks for inspection, and continue to be a resource when we have home related questions. They truly are the best in the business and make the entire process fun! Can’t recommend highly enough!

  • I highly recommend working with Leah and her team - she priced our townhouse smartly, and as she predicted, we received multiple offers in a slightly down market. Leah negotiated a close 20K over asking just 2 days after our house was listed. She advised us on the key upgrades -- right down to paint color, light fixture design, and flooring -- and provided contacts to all the resources we needed to get them done quickly and cost-effectively. Her expertise and demeanor helped us stay (relatively) even-keeled through the whole process. We're so grateful -- Leah really took great care of us.

  • "We met Amanda at an open house and knew immediately that we wanted to work with her in both buying a home and selling ours. She is so professional, trustworthy, and kind. She helped us navigate a competitive market with incredible knowledge, skill, and patience. We've referred friends and family to work with her also!"

  • "Working with Katie was a fantastic experience for my husband and I. She listened to our needs, provided expert advice, and made the entire home-buying process seamless. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication made us feel confident every step of the way. Thanks to her, we found our dream home! We highly recommend Katie, to anyone looking for a top-notch realtor."

  • "Bree helped us buy the home in my picture and also sold our previous home the first weekend for way over asking price. She's great! I recommended her to my friend and she sold his condo THREE TIMES because of issues with the various buyers financing."

  • "Leah was so incredibly helpful during our rather complex process of figuring out the best property for our situation. She is an exceptional communicator, explaining everything in a clear and understandable way. She laid out the pros and cons of the properties we were considering, making it easier for us to make informed decisions. Working with her and her team made the entire process more manageable for us and I greatly appreciated their support!"
